Consulting and building are one engagement here, in four steps: we find the problem, decide what's worth building, build it, and measure the effect. The first step also stands on its own — you can buy the diagnosis and stop there. And after step 04 the cycle starts again, smaller: the measurements become the plan for the next round of improvements — short, repeatable cycles (the lean approach), not one big project.

011–2 weeks

Find the problem

We sit with the people doing the work and map how it actually flows: where orders get re-typed, where a job waits for information, where the stock count drifts from what's on the shelves. Then we put numbers on it — hours per week, days per order, errors per month.

A few days alongside your process and inside your data, not a workshop with sticky notes. The findings are written down and ranked by what the waste costs you. This step is available on its own, with a fixed scope and price — useful even if you never hire us to build.

021 week

Decide what's worth building

Not every problem in the diagnosis deserves software. For each one we recommend: build custom, buy an existing tool, change the process — or leave it alone.

We propose the smallest first step that already removes the core of the problem, with an honest estimate of cost and risk. We have no interest in selling as much development as possible: the plan is written so you can execute it with us or with someone else.

032–6 weeks

Build it

The smallest system that removes the bottleneck — a custom web or business application, connections between the systems you already run (ERP, CRM, APIs, a production line), and AI where it genuinely saves time.

We build in small, working steps: the first version goes into daily use as early as possible, and real usage tells us what to improve next. For a window manufacturer this meant one system for production, installation, stock and reporting, connected directly to the production line.

044 weeks

Verify the effect

The step most projects skip. Over the first four weeks of use we go back to the baseline from step 01 and measure what actually changed: hours saved, errors gone, orders moving faster.

If the numbers don't move, that is our problem to explain, not to hide. Then the loop closes: what we measured becomes step 01 of the next, smaller cycle — find the next bottleneck, build, measure, repeat. The system grows with the business, not ahead of it.
