We are a small company, and we treat your data the same way: we collect only what we need to reply to you and do the work. This page explains, in plain terms, what we receive, why we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers the website www.ag3.si and any contact you have with us.

What we collect

In practice, we get your data one way — when you contact us. We collect:

What you tell us. Your name, email address, optionally your company name, and the content of the message you send through the form or by email.
Basic technical data. When you visit the site, the server logs ordinary details such as your IP address and browser type. This is a standard part of how the web works.

We do not buy data, build profiles, or gather anything we do not need.

Why we use it

We use your data to:

reply to your message and discuss possible work together,
run an agreed project and fulfil our contract,
keep the website working securely and correctly,
meet obligations the law places on us (for example, around invoices).

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Legal basis

Processing rests on the GDPR: on your enquiry and on preparing or performing a contract (Article 6(1)(b)), on our legitimate interest in responding and running the business (Article 6(1)(f)), and on your consent where that is required (Article 6(1)(a)).

Cookies

We use a small local consent record so the site can remember whether you accepted or declined analytics cookies.

If you accept analytics, we load Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-MWM26XWQSN) to understand which pages are useful and improve the website. Google Analytics may set analytics cookies and receive technical usage data such as page views, device and browser information, approximate location, and referral source. We do not use analytics for advertising, and it only runs after you accept it in the cookie banner.

We do not pass your data to third parties for their own purposes. Providers who help us operate (for example, hosting and email) may have access strictly on our behalf and under appropriate agreements.

How long we keep it

We keep data only as long as it makes sense for the reason you gave it. Correspondence that does not lead to work is deleted after a reasonable time. Data tied to contracts and invoices is kept for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can, at any time, ask for access to your data, correction of anything inaccurate, erasure, restriction of or objection to processing, and portability. Email us at [email protected] and we will sort it out. If you believe we are handling your data poorly, you may complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No one can promise perfect security online, but we handle data carefully and collect no more than we need.
