The system that runs production, installation, stock and reporting for a PVC-window manufacturer — wired directly into the KLAES and Stijene tools the floor already uses.
A growing PVC-window manufacturer ran production, installation, stock and reporting across disconnected tools and spreadsheets. Orders designed in KLAES and produced on Stijene lived in separate worlds, so planning the floor and the fitting crews meant re-keying data and trusting memory.
We built one system that sits on top of the tools already in use. It reads orders straight from KLAES and the Stijene production line, then drives planning, tracking, stock and reporting from a single source of truth — connecting what works rather than replacing it.
Production and installation are planned and tracked in one place, stock reflects what's really on the shelves, and management sees the numbers without assembling them by hand. The factory runs on its own software instead of around it.
